AGM Extension & ROC Due Dates
When a company's AGM is genuinely held later than 30 September — whether through a company-specific extension or an MCA blanket relaxation — every AGM-relative due date for that financial year (AOC-4, MGT-7/7A, ADT-1) shifts by the same number of days, and must be entered as the actual date, not assumed.

Why a single default date is a starting point, not a fact
30 September (six months after a 31 March financial year end) is the statutory AGM deadline for most companies, which is why it's a reasonable default to compute from — but it's the deadline, not necessarily the actual date the AGM was held. A company can and often does hold its AGM earlier; a company can also apply for and be granted an extension (of up to three months, subject to approval) for a genuine reason, pushing the actual AGM date later than 30 September.
Any tool — including this one — that computes AOC-4/MGT-7/ADT-1 due dates from an assumed AGM date is only as accurate as that assumption. The right habit is to treat the computed date as a draft to confirm against the company's actual AGM records, not a final answer.
MCA blanket extensions — a distinct, separate possibility
Separately from a company-specific extension, MCA has in some years issued a blanket relaxation — extending the AGM deadline, or waiving additional fees for a filing window, for companies generally rather than case-by-case. Whether such a blanket relaxation applies in any given year is a fact to check against the current MCA circular for that year, not something to assume either way.
Because this changes year to year and hasn't been verified against a live source for this page, no historical extension is hardcoded into this site's calculators — every AGM date defaults to 30 September and is left fully editable per financial year, so a confirmed extension (company-specific or blanket) can be entered directly and the AOC-4/MGT-7/ADT-1 due dates for that year recompute immediately.
